摘 要:以无水钾明矾为原料,K2SO4为熔盐介质,成功制备出片状α-Al2O3晶体。通过改变反应温度、恒温反应时间、熔盐用量及外加剂TiO2的掺入量,考察实验条件对α-Al2O3晶体生长及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,当反应体系中KAl(SO4)2与K2SO4物质的量比为1∶2,在1200℃反应6h后,可制得直径约为20μm、厚度为200nm的六方片状α-Al2O3单晶;外加剂TiO2的加入提高了晶体的各向异性,对六方片状α-Al2O3晶体的均匀形成具有促进作用。Plate-like α-Al2O3 crystal particles were successfully synthesized in the K2SO4 flux, with the anhy- drous potassium alum as raw material. During the experiment, effects of heating temperature, heating time, additional amount of molten salts, and the TiOz additive on the morphology, as well as the development of α-Al2O3 crystal were studied. The results indicate that single-crystalα-Al2O3 hexagonal flakes with a diameter of 20μm and a thickness of 200nm were obtained, when the molar ratio of KAI(SO4)2 to K2SO4 is 1: 2, and they were heated at 1200℃ for 6h. The addition of TiO2 increases the shape anisotropy of alumina crystal and facilitates the well-distributed formation of α-Al2O3 crystal particles with the hexagonal shape.
