摘 要:为了提高整体中空复合材料的阻燃性能,利用DOPO型硅烷偶联剂对氢氧化铝(ATH)进行表面改性制得DOPO/ATH。对改性后的ATH进行红外光谱分析(FT-IR),结果表明,在ATH与DOPO型硅烷偶联剂之间存在化学键合。LOI和UL-94测试结果表明,DOPO/ATH对整体中空复合材料的阻燃性能具有提高作用。当球磨改性制得DOPO/ATH的填充量达到20%时,整体中空复合材料的LOI值为29%,并且通过UL-94V-0测试。In order to improve the fire retardant of hollow integrate sandwich composites, a modified aluminium hydroxide (ATH) was designed, which would react with 9, 10-dihydro-9 oxa-10-phenanthrine phosphacyclopentene10-oxide (DOPO) group-based silane coupling agentDOPO/ATH). It was characterized by FT-IR spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. All the results show that the chemical bonds between DOPO-based silane coupling agent and ATH were formed as designed. And DOPO/ATH has good effects on the fire retardant of unsaturated hollow in- legrate sandwich composites. The flame retardancy of ball milled IX)PO/ATH and chemical method DOPO/ATH were characterized by the methods of LOI and UL94. The results also show that when the content of ball milled DOPO/ATH is about 20%, the hollow integrated sandwich composites exhibit a LOI value of 29% and pass the UL-94 V-0 test.
