摘  要:在低温水热条件下,以柠檬酸为反应溶剂,制备了不同铯含量的CsxWO3(x=0.1、0.2、0.3)粉体,并以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为成膜剂,在玻璃表面用辊涂法制备了CsxWO3薄膜,重点研究了不同铯含量的CsxWO3薄膜的近红外遮蔽性能和隔热性能。结果表明,CsxWO3薄膜的近红外遮蔽性能和隔热效果随着CsxWO3中铯含量的增加而增强,其中Cs0.3WO3薄膜的近红外遮蔽性能最好,隔热性能最佳,与空白玻璃相比,隔热温差可达到13.5℃。Cesium tungsten bronze(CsxWO3,3 = 0. 1,0. 2,0. 3) powders with different cesium content were synthesized by the low temperature hydrothermal method in citric acid solution. The Csx WO3 film was prepared with PVA as film forming agent by roller coating method. The near-infrared shielding and heat insulation performance of the glass coated with CsxWO3 film with different cesium content were mainly investigated. The results indicate that the near-infrared shielding and insulation of the glass coated with CsxWO:3 film is improved with the increasing of the cesium content. By comparison with the blank glass, the glass coated with Cs0.3 WO3 film has best near-infrared shiel ding and heat insulation, and the temperature difference of heat insulation can attain to 13.5℃.
