摘　　要：目的:探讨电子去脂机在腋臭根治术中的应用及疗效。方法:对243例患者应用电子去脂机抽吸法破坏、抽吸腋部皮下汗腺组织,观察临床疗效。结果:所有患者术后6个月随访,241例治愈,2例效果不明显。结论:电子去脂机微创腋臭根治术能有效治疗腋臭,组织创伤小,恢复快,术后不易复发。Objective To study clinical application and effect by using electronic liposuction machine in treating axillary osmidrosis. Methods 243 patients were treated by applicating electronic liposuction machine to destruct and suck the subcutaneous apocrines and the effect were observed. Results All cases were followed up for six months, 241 patients were cured and 2 patients improved little. Conclusion The application of electronic liposuction machine can treat axillary osmidrosis effectively with its advantage of minimally invasive, quick recovery and low rate of recurrent.
