MSCTA在评价脉复生治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床疗效的应用价值

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析脉复生治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的完整临床资料,分别对其治疗效果进行临床疗效评估及MSCTA疗效检测评估,并分析两种疗效评价方法有无关联,从而探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影成像技术评价动脉硬化闭塞症疗效的应用价值。方法收集48例运用脉复生治疗的动脉硬化闭塞症患者的资料,分别进行临床及影像疗效的观察,采用随机对照t检验对两组数据进行统计学分析,从而得出临床及影像疗效的评价结果;最后对两组疗效评价结果采用χ2检验进行关联性分析。结果经过t检验统计分析后,得出临床疗效评价(临床显效15例,临床有效27例,临床无效6例)及影像疗效评价(影像显效13例,影像有效29例,影像无效6例)两组数据;将两组疗效评价数据进行χ2检验,结果表明临床疗效评价与影像疗效评价有关联,两者无统计学差异(χ2=0.211,P>0.75)。结论脉复生治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效评价与影像疗效评价无统计学差异,而多层螺旋CT血管成像的影像疗效评价更客观、准确,对临床治疗、预后具有重要的应用价值。Objective Retrospective Analysis of complete clinical data about treatment of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease by Maifnsheng, Clinical efficacy and MSCTA efficacy were evaluated respectively, then study on the correlation between clinical and imaging analysis report, discuss the clinical application of Multislice spiral CT angiography in arteriosclerotic occlusive disease. Method Collected 48 cases of patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease, treat with Maifusheng, and summarize their clinical and imaging curative effect, using t test to analyze data each group; then using x2 test to analyze data between groups. Result After t test statistical analysis, 15 cases were clinical markedly improved, 27 cases were clinical effective, 6cases was clinical invalid; 13 cases were imaging markedly improved, 29 cases were imaging effective,6case was imaging invalid： The results showed there were a tie-in between clinical efficacy and imaging efficacy, both of them had no significant statistics difference （ x 2 =0.211, P〉0.75 ）. Conclusion clinical and imaging analysis report about treatment of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease by Maifnsheng is basically the same. But Multislice spiral CT angiography can more accurately and objectively reflect the clinical efficacy, it is very important and valuable to clinical treatment and prognosis.
