摘  要:目的探讨应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植修复手指皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法采用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植修复12例手指缺损,根据手指皮肤缺损形状及面积设计皮瓣,皮瓣大小:1.5 cm×4.5cm~4.0 cm×8.0 cm;皮瓣血管蒂分别与受区指动脉及浅静脉作端端吻合。结果皮瓣全部成活。患者均获随访,时间6~30个月。术后6个月按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准:优7例,良3例,可2例。结论采用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植修复手指皮肤缺损,皮瓣切取方便,血管解剖较恒定,供区隐蔽且损伤小,受区外形和功能恢复良好。是修复手指软组织缺损较理想的方法之一。Objective To investigative the clinical effect of applying upper carpal branch of ulnar artery skin flap to repair soft tissue defect on fingers. Methods The upper carpal branch of ulnar artery skin flap was harvested and applied to repair 12 cases of soft tissue defect on fingers. Refer to the soft tissue defect of the fingers, the size of flaps was 1.5 cm × 4. 5 cm - 4. 0 cm× 8.0 cm. The blood vessels of flaps were anastomosed with arterial digitalis and vena digitalis difference in end-to-end way. Results All of the cases were followed up from 6 months to 30 months. The flaps completely survived. According to the Chinese Medical Association evaluation system of hand surgery, the function of the fingers was 7 excellent, 3 good and 2 fair. Conclusions Using the upper carpal branch of ulnar artery skin flap to repair soft tissue defect on fingers is a feasible solution for treatment of injuries of fingers. It is a good option t'o reconstruct shape and function of the fingers, without damage of a main vessel.
