摘　　要：2010年,北京大学受捐入藏了一批海外回归的珍贵秦简牍,结合室内发掘清理情况和文字内容,可复原为竹简10卷、木简2卷以及零散竹木牍和木觚等,共794枚。这批简牍的抄写年代大约在秦始皇时期,可能出自江汉平原地区的墓葬。简牍以书籍类文献为主,内容涉及秦代政治、地理、社会经济、文学、数学、医学、立法、方术、民间信仰等诸多领域,内涵之丰富在出土秦简中实属罕见。In the year 2010,Peking University obtained a collection of bamboo slips of the Qing dynasty by do- nation from abroad. Based on cataloging and examination of the text, 10 volumes of bamboo slips,2 vol-umes of wood slips,along with assorted additional wooden and bamboo tablets and a wooden cup were re-covered,totalling 794 objects. These slips were likely written during the reign of Emperor Qinshihuang, unearthed from tombs in the Jianghan Plain. Most of the documents are books,including politics, geogra- phy, social economy , literature , mathematics , medicine , calendar , magic , and folk beliefs of the Qin dy-nasty. Such a rich content is very rare in slips of the Qin dynasty found before this.
