摘 要:以马来酸单酯(TMPM)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用自由基共聚法制备超支化聚合物皮革复鞣填充剂(HPM)。通过正交试验考察了支化单体类型、引发剂用量、单体配比和反应温度对TMPM双键转化率的影响。结果显示:以TMPM-20为支化单体,n(TMPM):n(MAA)=1:18,w(APS)=6%,聚合物温度为82℃,聚合时间为2.5h时,采用单体滴加的方式,单体转化率较高。应用结果表明:HPM具有优异的复鞣和填充性能,可赋予皮革丰满、柔软的手感,对皮革染色性能负面影响小,综合应用性能优于BaytiganAR和ART-Ⅱ。Filling-retanning hyperbranched polymer(HPM) was synthesized from maleate and methacrylic acid, with ammo-nium persulfate(APS) as initiato by free radical polymerization. The influence of monomer ratio, the dosage of initiator, the type of branched monomer, the reaction temperature and the feeding mode on the double bond conversion of TMPM was investigated by the orthogonal test experiment. The result shows that, the double bond of the branched monomer has a better conversion when the branched monomer is TMPM - 20, n(TMPM) :n(MAA) = 1:18, APS is 6%, temperature is 82℃, time is 2.5h,feeding method Ⅲ (MAA and APS simultaneously added after TMPM addition). The results show that HPM has excellent tanning properties, which performed well in filling and retanning leathers, giving result leathers excellent softness, plumpness and flexibility without effecting the dyeing of leather. The HPM has better application properties than that of Baytigan AR and ART - Ⅱ.
