摘 要:通过改变化学镀液中次亚磷酸钠的浓度可获得不同 P含量的镀层 ,镀层的结构、硬度、表面形貌与镀层中 P含量有密切关系。随 P含量的增加 ,镀层结构发生晶态到非晶态的转变 ,硬度也相应发生变化。镀层胞状颗粒尺寸随Phosphorous content, structures, surface morphology and hardness of electroless Ni P alloy coatings, which were prepared by different concentration of agents, have been studied by means of SEM and X ray diffraction analysis(XRD). As the P content increases in the coating, the structure transits into amorphous gradually, and the hardness also changes with the variation of P content in the coating. It also shows that the global particles become large with the increase of P content in the Ni P coating.
