摘 要:针对闭式湖水源热泵,以上海市东方绿舟湖水水体为研究对象,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对湖水源热泵系统湖水换热端进行了三维模拟,并用实验数据对模拟的正确性进行了验证。模拟结果表明:对上海地区,在水深为4m的水体中,冬季工况中湖水源热泵单个盘管吸热量不大于2700W才能保证水体周平均最大温降≤2℃,夏季工况中湖水源热泵单个盘管放热量不大于2500W才能保证水体周平均最大温升≤1℃。当盘管换热量为1600W时,冬季工况下盘管距湖底距离不大于1.8m,夏季工况下盘管距湖底的距离不大于1.6m时才能满足《地表水环境质量标准》中规定的水体热承载力规定,不会对受纳水体环境造成热污染。The heat exchange between the closed-loop surface water resource heat pump and the received water was simulated with 3-D Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. The simulation results agreed well with the experimental results. The results showed that: in Shanghai when the height of the received water was 4 m, the heat exchange capacity of one single coil should be less than 2700 W to make sure that the drop the water temperature is less than 2℃ in winter condition, meanwhile, the heat exchange capacity of one single coil should be less than 2500 W to make sure that the drop the water temperature is less than 1 ℃ in summer condition. To meet the requirements of "Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water" thus avoiding heat pollution of the received water, when the heat exchange capacity was 1600 W for one single coil, the height of the coil should be less than 1.8 m away from the lakebed in the winter condition and the height of the coil should be less than 1.6 m away from the lakebed in summer condition.
