摘  要:以某炼钢厂热风炉为例,因在实际生产中偏离设计工况运行出现了蓄热室内第二层格子砖超温现象。为分析变工况对格子砖温度的影响,并提出一个合理运行工况,文中采用简化蓄热室模型和有限元差分方法对其热风炉蓄热室内的传热和流动过程进行了数值求解,模拟结果与实际情况基本符合。模拟结果分析表明正常设计工况是安全、可靠的;为指导实际运行,通过数值模拟也进一步得出了45 min和60 min典型冷却工况下,热风炉安全运行的临界冷却风量值。As a ironworks practical engineering, due to deviation from the design condition, the hot stove appeared over temperature phenomena of the second layer checker in the actual production. For analysis the changing conditions effects on the checker temperature and propose a rea- sonable operating conditions, paper numerical solution the heat transfer and flow process of hot stoves regenerator by use a simplified regen- erator model and finite difference method. The simulation results generally consistent with the actual situation, and simulation results show that the normal design conditions are safe and reliable; simulation have reached the 45 min and 60min typical cooling conditions, the safe op- eration of the stove critical cooling air flow, can be used to guide the actual operation. To guide the actual operation, there also obtained the safe and critical flow of cooling air under 45min and 60min typical cooling conditions.
