摘　　要：简述了2011年俄罗斯钢铁和钢管工业总体发展概况。介绍了2011年俄罗斯各大钢管公司的生产经营情况。2011年俄罗斯钢管工业总体产销情况良好,钢管总产量突破1000万t,但大直径电焊管产量并未延续前几年大幅增长态势,出现负增长。The general development situation concerning Russian iron ＆ steel industry and steel tube-making industry in 2011 is briefed, and the production and operation situations of the major Russian steel tube companies in the same year are elaborated. In the year, in general, the sales situation of the steel tube industry is good with the record total output over 10 million tons, whereas the significant growth trend of the output of large-sized electric weld pipes that has been maintained over the recent years ceased, and negative growth has been seen.
