摘　　要：介绍了三辊定径机轧辊组件的结构及技术参数,通过对定径辊、内套制造难度的分析,拟定了轧辊组件详细的制造工艺。分析了试制过程中出现的问题及采取的工艺措施。最后对产品制造工艺进行了优化,取得了良好的制造效果。Elaborated in the paper are the structure and main technical data of the roll assembly of the three-roll sizing mill. Based on analysis of the difficult points in manufacturing of the roll proper and the inner sleeve, the detailed manufacturing process is determined. Also analyzed are the problems as encountered with in the trial manufacturing period, and relevant technological actions as taken. Finally, the entire manufacturing process of the product is optimized, having resulted in satisfactory effect.
