摘 要:为了培养学生独立的中医辨证论治思维,加强临床实践能力,将经典课程回归临床。在金匮要略临床教学中,首先强调要加强学生的基本理论和基本临床操作技能的培养,要求学生能够细心、全面观察病情并独立分析、归纳病史。在获取病史资料后,重点培养学生正确辨病和辨证,病证结合,制定治疗计划的能力,对于一些新病例或是疑难病例,鼓励学生通过各种途径获取文献,并能独立分析、整理文献。最后引导学生归纳总结在诊治过程中成功的经验或失败的教训。通过以上方法,加强学生独立自主学习能力,以提高教学质量。For fostering students' independent thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and improving their capability in clinical practice, the courses of TCM classics should return to clinic. In the clinical teaching of Jingui Yaolue course, the learning of TCM basic theory and training of clinical skills should be stressed at the first. The students are asked to observe disease conditions carefully and generally, and analyze and conclude medical history. After collecting the materials of medical history, students are trained in disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation, and making therapeutic plan. To some new cases encouraged to collect literature by various ways and analyze and clear up literature are guided to summarize successful experience and lessons from failure.
