摘　　要：本文基于HFC网络实现三网融合网络升级的可行性分析,介绍了青岛有线"同纤共缆"网改整体方案,并对实施模型和网络性能指标进行了具体分析,最后总结了小区应用测试情况及整个网改方案的特点。With Three-network Convergence,upgrading of cable network from one-way to two-way is an issue that network operators must face.However,it is not realistic to turn cable network to fibre-optical and IP in a short time.How to make good use of existing HFC network structure,deeply dig network resources,effectively improve network transmission capacity and rapidly realize full-service transmission on HFC network become more important.Qingdao CATV has had some exploration and practice in network upgrading based on HFC network.It’s worthy to be reference for the industry.
