摘　　要：2012年5月22日，常隆纯电动客车欧盟认证授证仪式在江苏省江阴市举行。仪式上，德国莱茵中国车辆部门总监Oliver Rothert向常隆客车董事长黄坤达颁发了WVTA（Whole Vehiele TyPe APProval，欧盟整车型式认证）证书，这也标志着常隆正式成为国内首家纯电动客车产品获得欧盟整车型式认证的客车制造企业。May 22, 2012, a grand ceremony was held in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu province, on which the German based TUV Rheinland granted Jiangsu Alfa Bus Co., Ltd the certificate of ＂Whole Vehicles Type Approval＂. This is to confirm that Jiangsu Alfa Bus Co., Ltd is recognized as the first domestic bus manufacturer of the whole-vehicles of pure electricity authorized by European standard.
