摘　　要：客车是劳动密集型产品，而且我国的客车产品繁多，配置杂乱，客户一味要求低价，制造企业或降价或减配置，导致一些总成的技术性能不匹配，因而导致新车故障多发的现象。以下是笔者经历的新客车故障事件，提醒客车用户要重点关注新车的走合期。Today, much manual jobs are still engaged in the overall process of bus production, and there are also many customertailor made structures and facility of the whole-vehicle at the request of customers. That would inevitably lead to this or that unmatchable place in the general assembly process or low quality part, etc, which easily cause broken down or accidence for some of new buses. This article introduced a few case studies of such accidences for reminding of customers to pay close attention when operating a new bus.
