摘　　要：遗传因素在影响奶牛生产性能方面起到非常重要的作用,目前主要利用RAPD、PCR-SSCP、PCR-RFLP等分子生物学技术鉴定影响奶牛生产性状的候选基因,并取得初步成果。本文就近几年来在奶牛生产性状相关候选基因上的研究进展作一综述。Genetic factors play a very important role in influencing the performance of dairy cattle. China holstein was the main cow selected in domestic most studies, RAPD, PCR-SSCP, PCR-RFLP methods were utilized to choose candidate genes for production in cattle, and the accidence results were gained. Research progress of genes associated with milk production in recent years were reviewed in this paper.
