摘 要:本文认为杭州国际旅游综合体旅游产业集群动力主要是基于将具有一定旅游资源与区位基础的区域通过大力开发与集群式发展,把静态竞争优势转化为动态竞争优势,形成规模接待能力及较快提升旅游竞争力,从而取得旅游竞争优势。本文从社会根植性、组织根植性、认知根植性、地理根植性等4方面,以杭州国际旅游综合体为例,分析了旅游产业集群根植性与竞争优势形成的机理。This paper firstly discusses the logical relationships between tourism industrial cluster's dynamic and its competitive advantages.These areas where the international tourism integrated development districts in Hangzhou are situated play a fundamental role in the formation of tourism industrial cluster's dynamic in these development districts in Hangzhou.With abundant tourism resources and better locations,these areas are greatly explored and developed in cluster models,which brings these areas stronger reception capability and tourism competitiveness to obtain tourism competitive advantages.This paper indicates that the forming mechanism of tourism industrial cluster's embeddedness and competitive advantages can be analyzed through tourism industrial cluster's social embeddedness,organizational embeddedness,cognitional embeddedness and geographical embeddedness,and takes international tourism integrated development districts in Hangzhou as examples to do so.
