外商直接投资对中部地区技术溢出的实证研究——基于中部崛起战略实施前后的比较

摘　　要：为了合理评价外商直接投资对我国中部地区技术进步的影响,本文首先利用希克斯中性经济增长模型,结合索洛剩余法对中部地区及中部各省的技术水平进行了测算;然后以技术水平为因变量,产业结构,地方科技财政支持,外商直接投资,进出口贸易为自变量建立计量经济模型,对中部地区外商直接投资与技术水平进行的关系进行了实证,结果发现,从长期来看,外商直接投资对中部地区技术水平的确具有明显促进作用。但是在中部崛起战略实施前这种促进作用很明显,实施后的作用却并不明显。In order to reasonably evaluate foreign direct investment on the impact of technological progress of China＇s central region.Firstly,on the basis of Hicks neutral economic growth model,Solow surplus method was used for calculating central provinces technical level;then the technical level was taken as the dependent variable,the industrial structure,the local financial support for science and technology,foreign direct investment,import and export trade were regarded as independent variables to establish econometric model and conducted an empirical research the relationship between FDI in the central region and technology.They were found,in the long term,the FDI in central region played a significant promoting role in technology progress.However,before ＂The rise of central China the rise＂ was implemented,promoting effect is clear,after the implementation of strategy,it is not obvious.
