云南硅产业竞争优势的培育路径

摘　　要：本文借助迈克尔.波特"完整的钻石体系"模型对云南省硅产业的竞争力进行了分析评价,认为云南省硅产业天然资源比较优势得天独厚,以金属硅冶炼为主、多晶硅生产为龙头、太阳能光伏产业为发展核心的产业链基本形成,相关支持性产业发展势头良好,市场需求前景广阔,机会百年难逢,已具备一定的竞争实力。同时也存在生产要素不齐、产业结构失衡、产品单一、规模不经济、竞争过度、能耗高、效益低等突出问题,并在此基础上探讨了培育产业竞争优势的路径。This article was written with the help of the model of the ＂Complete diamond system＂ by Michael Porter to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of the silicon industry in Yunnan province.And we think the natural resources of silicon industry are more advantage,that are basically formed the Silicon-based metal smelting and polysilicon production as the leading as well as the core of the solar photovoltaic,and some supportive industry developed momentum is good and there are a Wide prospect of the market demanded to meet such an opportunity is very hard.Yunnan province has already had such strength of competition.Meanwhile there are also problems such as our Production elements are not neat.And the structures of industry are imbalanced.The unitary production and the scale of it are diseconomy and also have some over-competition high energy consumption and the low benefits.On this basis,there are discussed the way of Cultivating industrial competitive advantages.
