摘　　要：当前,世界迎来新一轮高铁发展浪潮。中国高铁近几年的飞跃发展,受到世界瞩目,高铁"走出去"的市场前景广阔。虽然甬温事件阻碍了"走出去"的脚步,但中国高铁"走出去"的优势仍存在,而且"走出去"战略意义重大,不可动摇。因此要妥善处理甬温事件,采取适当措施,推动"走出去"战略重建。Currently,the world is faced up a new round of high-speed rail development wave.Chinese rapid development in high-speed rail in recent years attracts the world＇s attention,our high-speed rail can have a broad foreign market.Although Yongwen event has hampered its ＂going out＂,but its advantage of ＂going out＂ still exists,and its＂going out＂ strategy is such significance that it can not be abandoned.Therefore,it is necessary to properly handle Yongwen event,and take appropriate measures so as to rebuild our high-speed ＂going out＂ strategy.
