转炉吹炼中锰提高锰回收率途径的探讨

摘　　要：为节省投资 ,降低成本 ,生产出合格的中低碳锰铁 ,进行了纯氧顶吹转炉用高碳锰铁吹炼中碳锰铁的试验。结果表明 ,通过采取“降碳保锰”等相应措施 ,不仅可生产出合格产品 ,而且提高了锰的回收率。To save investment,reduce cost and produce standard medium and low carbon ferromanganese,the test is conducted for smelting medium and low carbon ferromanganese with high carbon ferromanganese in converter by top blowing oxygen.The result shows that taking appropriate measures such as “reducing C and keeping Mn”not only can smelt standard product,but also can increase Mn recovery.
