美国青少年女子足球运动可持续发展的内外动因探析

摘　　要：通过广泛的国外有关青少年女足的文献资料调研、国外网站浏览法,探讨美国青少年女子足球发展的源起、演变,并对其可持续发展的机理进行内外动因分析:美国青少年女足运动可持续发展的内部动因是精神动因与制度动因,精神动因蕴含了自由教育理念与业余体育精神的融合,制度动因则包括法制规章、管理体制、竞赛体制,外部动因是自然环境动因与社会环境动因。Through the wide documentation of the overseas research on the women＇ s soccer of teenagers and browsing international websites, the paper discusses the origin and evolution of the American teenager＇ s women soccer development and makes an internal and external motivation research on the sustainable development. It concludes that the internal motivation is the psychological and institutional incentive; the former includes the freedom education concept and integration of the amateur sports spirits while the latter includes the regulations, managment and competition system. Its external motivation is the nature and environmental and social environment incentives.
