宝钢铬锆铜结晶器铜板的研究开发

摘　　要：简要介绍了宝钢研发的高强度Cr Zr Cu结晶器铜板的制造工艺和使用效果。该铜板在性能上达到或超过了进口铜板的相应指标 ;长、短边铜板的使用寿命分别可达 32 2 0炉和3451炉 ,过钢量可达 48 3万t和 51 8万t。The manufacturing technology and service effect of the high strength Cr Zr Cu mold copper board developed by Baosteel are described in this paper.Its chemical and mechanical property indexes have reached and exceeded those of the imported,the span life of long and short edged copper boards can respectively amount to 3220 and 3451 heats,the carrying capacity of molten steel up to 483000 and 518000t,which also exceeded the average life time of the imported ones.
