摘　　要：围绕增强ISO与市场的相关程度、改进ISO系统及其标准、资源利用的最优化、剌激新的自我维持技术项目要素以及改进发展中国家的国家标准基础结构几方面 ,对ISO在 1 999～ 2 0 0 1年间的战略思想进行了剖析与介绍。Analysis and introduce the ISO strategy between 1999 & 2001 from the following aspects promoting the relation between ISO and market;developing ISO system,standard optimization of utilizing resources;stimulating the new key element of self-preservation technology;improving the basic structure of national;standard in developing countries.
