粗苯管式炉改烧高炉煤气的应用

摘　　要：为缓解焦炉煤气供应紧张的矛盾 ,莱钢焦化厂在原烧焦炉煤气管式炉基础上重新设计 ,制作了烧高炉煤气的粗苯管式炉 ,将原辐射段炉管加长 1m ,在辐射段下部增设圆筒型燃烧室 ,并增加 1台烟囱废气预热高炉煤气的列管式换热器。该管式炉改烧高炉煤气后 ,每小时可替代出焦炉煤气 60 0m3,年创经济效益 12 0多万元。For allaying the contradiction of coke oven gas supplying shortage,the coking plant of Laiwu iron and steel group Co ,Ltd,has done reformation to old raw benzol pipe heater combusted with coke oven gas The reformed pipe heater is used of blast furnace gas as fuel The concrete reformation plan consisted of lengthening another one meter heater pipe of radiation section,adding cylindrical combustion chamber and one set of arrangement pipe exchanger for preheating blast furnace gas below radiation section After this pipe heater was reformed to combust blest furnace gas,it can replace 600m 3 of coking gas every hour,thus the profit is 1 2 million yuan every year
