摘 要:利用1957-2010年桂林市13个气象观测站点的雷暴地面观测资料以及近10年记录的雷灾情况,分析全市雷暴变化特征及规律,总结雷灾特点,并对雷电灾害的防御区划进行研究。根据灾害评估区划三要素的要求,选取雷暴日作为致灾因子,地形地貌和气候背景作为孕灾环境,承灾体则选择人口状况、经济发展情况,综合分析桂林市雷电灾害评估区划的各要素等级指标,对全市的雷灾等级进行了综合评价,并计算出全市雷电灾害的易损度,即各地雷电灾害风险等级,结合GIS方法对桂林市进行了雷电灾害风险区划。Analysed the features and laws of thunder and lightning variation of Guilin city, used the observation data of thunder and lightning of thirteen mete- orogical observation station from 1957 to 2010. By summarizing thunder and ligh- ntning features, a study on defense program of lighting disaster had been made. According to the three elements of esti- mating ad zoning method of disaster, the thunderstorm day had been selected as disaster-making factors, landform and ge- omorphology and climate background as subsequently environment, hazard-affect- ed bodies was population situation and e- conomic development situation. Compre- hensive analysis of level index of light- ning disasters risk zoning elements, it could overall merit the thundersrorm grade of Guilin, and calculate the light- ning disasters specification that was the risk level of thundersrorm. Combined means of GIS, risk zoning of lightning disaster of Guilin city had been made.
