摘　　要：鸡传染性喉气管炎(avian infectious laryngotracheitis,AILT)是由疱疹病毒科-α疱疹病毒亚科的喉气管炎病毒(infectious laryngotracheitis virus,ILTV)引起的鸡的一种急性、高度接触传染性呼吸道疾病,病变主要在喉头和气管组织。该病发病率、死亡率较高,主要引起产蛋率下降,严重时会导致鸡大批死亡。对近年来国内外针对该病的病源特性、流行病学与防治、病毒的分离与鉴定、免疫以及基因的表达方面的研究状况进行了总结。Avian infectious laryngotracheitis （AILT） which is caused by infectious laryngotracheitis virus （ILTV） of α -herpesvirinae of herpesviridae is an acute and highly contagious respiratorydisease of chickens, and it mainly happens in laryngeal and trachea tissue. The incidence and mortality of AILT are relatively high. AILT mainly causes the decrease of laying rate, and chickens will die in large quantities in severe case. The research progress on pathogenic characteristic, epidemiology and control, isolation and identification of virus, immune and gene expression of AILT were summarized in the paper.
