摘  要:济钢中板厂高压水粗除鳞系统管路振动大的原因包括管路直角弯多、管线长 ;高压水罐与高压气罐的比例不当 ;喷射阀简单的开与关结构 ;循环阀的开与关 ;高压水泵的三柱塞结构。为此 ,提出了高压水系统的改进措施 :缩小泵站与喷射点的距离 ,减少直角弯 ;适当调整高压水罐与高压气罐的容积比例 ,加大两罐之间管道的通径 ;采用自平衡液压锥阀。改造后减小了“水锤现象”引起的管路振动 。The reason of producing bigger vibration of pipeline in roughing descaling system with high pressure water in Jinan iron and steel group is mainly caused by more right angle curve in pipeline,long pipeline,incorrect proportion relationship of high pressure water pot with high pressure gas pot,simple on off structure of jet valve,on off of circulating valve and so on For reforming this water system,some measures consisted of properly regulating the volume propertion between high pressure water pot and high pressure gas pot,reducing the distance between water pump station and jet point,reducing right angle curve in pipeline,increasing the pipe diameter between pot and pot,using of self equilibrium hydraulic pressure cone valve,etc has been taken on After this system was reformed,the vibration caused by “water hammer phenomenon” has reduced and good effect has got
