摘　　要：考察了我国城市生活垃圾分类的法律现状,分析了发达国家城市生活垃圾分类的先进法制,探讨如何从循环经济的思路科学地解决垃圾分类问题,提出了完善我国城市生活垃圾分类法律的建议。The paper inspects legal status of urban home scrap classification in our country, and analyzes the advanced legal system of developed countries on urban home scrap classification, it also explores the scientific solution to the waste classification from the recycling economy vision, and provides proposals on perfecting the urban home scrap classification laws.
