摘　　要：基于宏观经济的角度,从影响我国城市物流发展的因素着手,从物流基础设施、信息化、市场要素、人才、政策的引导与帮扶等方面提出了建立城市物流高效运作体系的方法及相关政策建议。In this paper, from a macroscopic angle, we have studied the factors influencing the development of urban logistics in China and proposed suggestions for policies relating to the establishment of high-efficiency urban logistics operational system on the aspects of infrastructure, informatization, market element, talent and policy guidance and support, etc.
