摘 要:为适应一种稳压源满足多种情况下使用的需要,设计了一种新型多功能开关电源。分析了UC3842芯片工作原理及该电源的工作过程,设计中加入了转换电路,增大了输入电压的范围,采用光耦和三端可编程并联稳压二极管TL431实现了输入输出电气隔离和实时反馈控制占空比,输出各路相互隔离,并对输出电路进行了设置,使得输出电压可调且稳定。实验结果表明,该电源具有电压调整率和负载调整率高、体积小、质量小等优点。In order to meet the requirement that a kind of stabilized voltage source can be used for many conditions, a new type of multifunetional switching power supply was designed. Analysis was made to the working principle of UC3842 and the working process of the power supply. There was a wide range of input voltage due to the transform circuit. The optical coupler and three-terminal pro- grammable shunt adjustable regulator TL431 were used to realize the input/output electrical isolation and to control feedback duty ratio in real time. Adjustable and stable output voltages were separated from each other. The experimental results show that this power supply has the advantages of high regulation rate of voltage and load, small volume and light weight.
