摘 要:合成了含不同官能团的两种阴离子型共聚物,并研究了它们在不同pH及离子强 度条件下对模型蛋白质溶菌酶的絮凝沉降行为.结果表明,阴离子共聚物链节中官能团组 合使得调节溶液pH和离子强度可以控制溶菌酶的絮凝沉降行为.高分子共聚物中官能因 种类及含量对蛋白质的沉降起重要作用.酰胺基因与磺酸基团的协同作用使得二元共聚物 与溶菌酶形成大的絮凝固块而沉降,酰胺基团、磺酸基团及羧酸基团的协同作用使得三元 共聚物能够在较大的pH范围以及高离子强度下絮凝沉降溶菌酶.Two kinds of anionic copolymers F1024 and F1111 containing reactive functional groups of amino, sulfonic acid and carboxyl groups were prepared by free-radical polymeriza- tion. Studies on flocculation of lysozyme in aqueous solution by the copolymers were carried out. The type and number of the reactive functional groups in copolymers played important roles in affecting the flocculation of lysozyme. Copolymer F1111 showed effective flocculation function at low ionic strength in solution, albeit no flocculation occurred in deionized water solution. The experimental results revealed that the extent of flocculation by F1024 and F1111 decreased with further increasing the concentration of NaCl in the solution. In addition, floc- culation of lysozyme with F1111 can occur at higher ionic strength in solution than that with F1024. Carboxyl groups can provide more negative charge in alkaline solution, and enhance the interaction between copolymer F1111 and the positive charged lysozyme. The synergistic effects among those reactive functional groups (e.g. F1111) contributed to the formation of large size floes to precipitate, and affected the flocculation behavior of protein in solution at various pH values and ionic strength.
