摘  要:设计了一种以光纤技术为核心的大气激光通信系统,采用半导体激光器和PIN接收管收发合一的以太网端机和视、音频端机,并分别用光纤与光学天线连接,实现了端机与光学天线之间的软性连接,结合EDFA光纤放大技术实现对1550 nm半导体激光器的功率放大,使结构稳定可靠,安装调试方便,适于野外环境使用,通信距离可达2 km,传输带宽100 MBit/s,样机试验证明通信效果良好。A kind of atmosphere laser communication system with fiber technology as its core is designed. Ethernet ter- minal and video-audio terminal with transceiver composed of semiconductor laser and PIN are used. They are connect- ed to the optical antenna with fiber, so the flexible connection between terminal machine and optical antenna is real- ized. By EDFA technology,the power of the 1550 nm semiconductor laser is amplified. The scheme and structure of the system make it to be more steady and reliable and the installation is more convenient. It is suitable for field appli- cation. A prototype's communication distance reaches 2 kilometers and the transmission bandwidth is 100 MBit/s. Ex- periments prove that the performance of the system is quite good.
