摘　　要：公司公益捐赠是公司履行社会责任的重要方式。公司公益捐赠与公司利益至上存有冲突,公益捐赠中公司利益与股东利益、股东利益与董事利益、公司利益与社会利益及公司利益与政府利益都存有冲突。从公司长远发展看,这些冲突在公益捐赠提升公司价值这一目标下能得到解决。The company＇s charitable donation is an important way to fulfill their social respon- sibility. There are conflicts between charitable donation and company＇s interests,between company＇s interests and interests of shareholders, between the interests of shareholders and directors, between corporate interests and community interests and between corporate interests and government interests. From long-term development perspective, these conflicts can be resolved under the goal of enhancing the value of the company by charitable donation.
