摘  要:利用轮轨型面测量仪现场实测SS4型机车JM3磨耗型车轮踏面和干线铁路曲线段不同位置的钢轨型面。选取典型轮轨型面,建立三维弹塑性接触有限元模型,利用有限元软件Marc计算两种车轮在不同位置处与钢轨的接触状态。分析结果表明:同一段曲线上不同曲率钢轨的磨耗量和磨耗区域有较大差异;在相同外载荷条件下,与标准车轮相比,磨耗车轮与实测钢轨的接触斑面积较大,轮轨型面匹配较好,接触状况得到改善;针对线路上大量磨耗状态车轮,曲线钢轨型面应以磨耗状态车轮型面为参考对象进行设计,而不是标准车轮型面。The JM3 worn type wheel profiles of Locomotive SS4 and the profiles of rails at different points of curve of the main-line railway were measured on site with the wheel-rail profile measuring instrument. The typical wheel and rail profiles were chosen, the 3D wheel-rail elastic-plastic contact finite element model was built. The contact states of standard and worn wheels with rails at different points were calculated with the fi- nite element code Marc. The results show as follows.The wear volumes and areas of rails with different curva- tures in the same section of curve differ greatly ; under the condition of the same external loading,the size of the contact patch between worn wheel and worn rail is bigger than the standard wheel, consequently, the wheel-rail contact state is improved due to good matching between worn wheel and rail profiles ; in view of the fact that there are a large number of worn wheels running on lines, the profiles of rails in curve sections should be designed with reference to worn wheel profiles, instead of standard wheel profiles.
