摘 要:电气化铁路向高速化方向发展,为保证结构的安全性,对接触网进行精确的疲劳分析至关重要。本文使用APDL语言编制命令流,对柔性悬挂接触网的接触线进行疲劳寿命估算,并给出具体步骤。采用改进的雨流计数法,对接触线各单元的疲劳应力谱进行统计处理,得到各单元的各级应力幅值、应力均值与相应的应力循环数;用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论得到接触线各单元的疲劳寿命值。针对一组参数,得到接触线各跨的安全运行次数与折算年限,分析接触线疲劳寿命的不利位置,研究不利位置的应力时程特征,为柔性悬挂接触网系统的设计和工程实际施工与维护提供重要依据。language was used to formulate command streams and estimate the fatigue high speeds. It is critical to analyze this paper the APDL programming life of the contact wires of the flexi- ble suspension catenary system, and the solving steps were specified. The improved rain-flow counting method was adopted to count and process the fatigue stress spectra of all elements of the contact wires and gain differ- ent levels of stress amplitudes, stress averages and corresponding stress cycles. The fatigue life of contact wire elements was estimated with the theory of Miner linear cumulative fatigue failure. Taking one group of parame- ters as an example, the safe running times and converted years of all spans of contact wires were calculated and the unfavourable positions of the fatigue life and their stress-time curves were studied. The conclusions of this paper provide important basis for design, construction and maintenance of the flexible catenary system.
