摘　　要：介绍我国近年主要金属制品及其装备的发展过程。数据显示,主要金属制品产量由2005年的963万t,增加到2011年的1 955万t,其中钢丝绳产量由95万t增至180万t;钢帘线和胎圈钢丝的产量分别由40.7万t和33.1万t,增加到158.5万t和55.8万t;焊丝占焊接材料的比重由37.5%提高到53.4%;到2011年底,预应力钢绞线的产能约为400万t,PC钢丝产能约为110万t,PC钢棒产能约190万t;切割钢丝产量也由2009年的2.39万t发展到2011年6.85万t。随着金属制品产量的增长其装备也迅速增加,2006至2010年,直进式拉丝机由690台增加到1 500台,橡胶骨架材料中丝热处理线由73条发展到123条;电镀黄铜线由86条增至159条。To introduce the main steel wire products and its equipment development process in recent years in China. The out- put of main steel wire products are increased from 9.63 million ton in 2005 to 19.55 million ton in 2011, the output of wire rope is increased from 0.95 million ton to 1.80 million ton, the output of steel cord and bead wire is increased from 0. 407 million ton and 0. 331 million toil to 1. 585 million ton and 0. 558 million ton respectively, the proportion of welding wire in welding material is increased from 37.5% to 53.4%. At the end of 2011, the capacity of prestressed strand is about 4 million ton, PC steel wire is about 1.10 million ton, PC steel bar is about 1.90 million ton. The output of sawing wire is developed from 23.9 thousand ton in 2009 to 68.5 thousand ton in 2011. With the increasing of steel wire products output, the equipment is increased rapidly, from 2006 to 2010, straight line wire drawing machine is increased from 690 to 1 500, rubber skeleton material semi-finished wire heat treatment line is developed from 73 to 123, electroplating brass line is increased from 86 to 159.
