新型高滴点钢丝绳脂研制

摘　　要：针对国内普通钢丝绳脂颜色深、熔点低、附着力差等问题,进行新型高滴点钢丝绳脂的研制。以优质高黏度150BS作为基础油,微晶蜡作为烃基稠化剂,辅助添加适量高分子聚合物作为增黏剂,同时添加适量的添加剂。结果表明,研制出的新型钢丝绳脂为棕黄色均匀油膏,滴点达121℃,滑落试验六面不滑,低温试验性能良好,湿热、盐雾试验均为A级,开口闪点达256℃,各项性能指标不仅超过SH/T 0387—92要求,某些指标接近甚至超出国外进口油脂。As to the problems like dark colour, low melting point and poor adhesion of domestic ordinary steel wire rope grease, new type high dropping point wire rope grease has been developed. To take high viscosity 150BS as basic oil, mi- crocrystalline wax as thickener;auxiliary to add high polymer as adhesion agent to assist and enough additive. The results shows the new wire rope grease is claybank even ointment, and boiling point is 121℃ , six surfaces did not slip off, low temperature test result was good, the result of wet heat test and salt spray test was all grade A; the flash point tested by open cup was 256℃ ; all performance indicators were not only exceed the requirement of SH/T 0387--92, some indicators were even exceed overseas imported grease.
