摘　　要：采用中性固色活性染料对蚕丝/棉模拟交织物进行一浴法染色,分析了中性固色活性染料在蚕丝和棉织物上的上染情况,探讨了NaCl质量浓度对中性固色活性染料Argazol红NF-3B染色蚕丝和棉同色性的影响,以及酸性染料质量浓度对中性固色活性染料Argazol黄NF-GR、Argazol蓝NF-BG染色蚕丝和棉同色性的影响,测试了蚕丝/棉模拟交织物的升温上染速率曲线。研究结果表明:单独使用中性固色活性染料Argazol红NF-3B可用于蚕丝/棉模拟交织物一浴法染色,在一定的染色条件下染色蚕丝/棉模拟交织物可获得很好的同色性。In this study, the neutral fixation reactive dyes are applied to dyeing silk-cotton interwoven fabric by one-bath process. The dyeing performance of neutral fixation reactive dyes on silk and cotton and the effects of mass concentration of sodium chloride on union dyeing of dyed silk and cotton fabric dyeing with neutral fixation reactive dyes Argazol Red NF-3B were analyzed. The effects of mass concentration of acid dyes on union dyeing of dyed silk-cotton blend fabric with neutral fixation reactive dyes Argazol Yellow NF-GR and Argazol Blue NF-BG were also investigated. It is found that the neutral fixation reactive dyes Argazol Red NF- 3B can be used to simulate the intertexture one-bath process of silk-cotton, which can achieve favorable union dyeing effect on certain conditions.
