数控宏程序的工艺性及编程应用分析

摘　　要：宏程序作为数控设备的一项重要功能,由于允许使用变量算术和逻辑运算以及各种条件转移等命令,使其在编制一些加工程序时与普通方法相比显得方便和简单。探讨了FANUC数控系统加工工艺性分析要注意的事项及宏程序的编程技巧,以期达到抛砖引玉的效果。As an important function of the NC equipment, the macro-program is available for using some commands, such as arithmetic variable, logical calculus and conditional transfer etc. Comparing with ordinary methods, it is easier and simpler to make some programs. This paper mainly presents some notes about NC system of FANUC in processing manufacturability analysis.
