摘　　要：我国现阶段对社区矫正还没有统一的立法,社区矫正试点阶段的现阶段工作和理论界侧重于如何对罪犯进行分类矫治和改造,对矫正对象的权利保障关注不够。基于此,对社区矫正对象享有的权利内容进行分析,从立法、权利救济及社会的层面探讨对社区矫正对象的权利保障,以期为实现矫正目标及今后的社区矫正立法和实践工作提供参考和借鉴。There is no community correction legislation approved in China now. The practice and theory of present community correction focus on criminals＇ rectification and rehabilitation, overlooking the pro- tection of criminals＇ rights. Therefore, this paper analyzes the rights for community correction objects and explores the rights protection from the perspectives of legislation, right relief and social layer, hopefully providing a reference and model for achieving the goal of community correction and its legislation
