摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育等干预措施对艾滋病患者(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法 2010年10月至2011年4月,对门诊及住院的98例抗病毒治疗艾滋病患者进行依从性情况的调查,对依从性较差的49名患者及家属进行依从性干预。结果患者抗病毒治疗依从性和CD4+细胞检测结果均有显著改善,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育等干预措施能提高艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性,对治疗效果有积极影响。Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention measures on AIDS antiviral therapy compliance.Methods Ninety-eight inpatients and outpatients with AIDS antiviral therapy were investigated on their compliance at loving home of the hospital.Fourty-nine patients and their families with poor complication received the corresponding intervention.Results The antiviral therapy compliance was significantly improved in the patients（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Health education intervention can improve the compliance of antiviral treatment in AIDS patients so as to raise the curative effect.
