摘　　要：目的探讨家庭随访对居家老年鼻饲患者吞咽功能改善的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2006年3月至2010年3月金华市中心医院神经内科出院的老年鼻饲患者128例分为对照组62例和观察组66例,出院后分别实施常规的护理指导和患者家庭随访。应用自行设计的调查问卷,评价家庭随访后对居家老年鼻饲患者吞咽功能的影响。结果干预后,观察组患者吞咽功能为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的分别为26例、40例,对照组患者分别为14例、48例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.21,P<0.05)。结论家庭随访有助于改善居家老年鼻饲患者的吞咽功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate on the effects of family follow-up guidance in improving swallowing function in elderly patients with nasal feeding.Methods From March 2006 to March 2010,128 patients discharged from the hospital were randomized into control group（n=62） to receive the routine nursing guidance for swallowing function improvement and observational group（n=66） to receive family follow-up guidance for swallowing function improvement.The patients（n=62） discharged from March 2006 to March 2008 received the routine nursing guidance.The patients（n=66） discharged from April 2008 to March 2010 with family follow-up guidance received swallowing function training and evaluation by self-designed questionnaires,telephone follow-up and home visit.The effect of family follow-up guidance in improving swallowing function in elderly patients with nasal feeding was evaluated.Results The swallowing function was significantly improved in the observational group compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Family follow-up guidance can effectively improve swallowing function in elderly patients with nasal feeding.
