摘  要:2011年下半年至今,中国工程机械市场销量下滑,行业进入不景气通道,部分代理商库存较高,回款困难,逾期率普遍高于往年,行业企业都面临着严峻考验。针对这一情况,2012年中国工程机械工业协会代理商工作委员会开展以“关爱中小代理商成长,帮助中小代理商发展”为主题的系列活动,希望汲取优秀代理商企业的成功经验,借此提升中小代理商的运营能力。Since the second half of 2011,and falling sales of construction machinery market in China,industry downturn and the channel,some agents higher inventory,payment difficulties,late rates generally higher than in previous years,the industry enterprise faces a severe test.In response to this situation,2012 DCCCM to 'care for the growth of small and medium-sized agents,helping small and medium-sized agents development' as the theme of a series of activities,hopes to learn from outstanding agents to enterprise success,to enhance the operational capacity of small and mediumsized agents.Lei Shing Hong Machinery was established in October 1994,1995 of Caterpillar Agency,became Caterpillar in China's first independent agents.After 18 years of development,Lee star machinery has a professional team consisting of more than 2,700 people.By virtue of the Group outstanding in the field of construction machinery,engines and generators,Lee star machinery has become the annual sales of more than $ 1 billion business.
