摘　　要：融资租赁作为设备投资和管理的新型服务产业，在国内已经得到较快成长。对于竞争日益激烈的工程机械行业来讲，融资租赁作为一种新型的销售模式，已受到各大工程机械制造商的重视，徐工、中联、三-等国内工程机械巨头都纷纷成立了自己的融资租赁公司。工程机械融资租赁业作为一种新兴行业，如何形成自己的竞争优势并将竞争优势持续越来越受到行业内外的关注。At present,financial leasing,this credit sales approach is more widely used in the sales process of construction machinery products.The reason is that of the continuous relaxation of the finance lease policy reflected more in the sale of such products is a low-price advantage,and such a low price advantage can be given play to the extreme by some domestic construction machinery enterprises,such as to continuously reduce down payment,continue to extend the repayment period,or even zero down payment,repayment after six months or even a year,and behind these phenomena give customers an intuitive,low-price illusion,induced them to buy their engineering machinery products.
