摘　　要：物流管理现在已经被许多企业提升到核心竞争力的重要策略高度来考虑,尤其在制造业。淮南装备制造业最近几年得到了长足的发展,而与之相配套的支持行业—物流业却相对发展落后,怎样培养适应淮南装备制造业发展新的物流模式、新体系是目前急需解决的问题;为了达到目标,应该采用怎样相应的物流措施和技术,达到如何的水平,如何摆正物流真正在企业的位置等等就显得格外重要。logistics management has been rega core competitiveness by many companies, especially rded as an important strategy which can enhance the in the manufacturing sector. Huainan equipment man ufacturing industry in recent years has been developed greatly, but the logistics industry which matched with the support of industry is relatively less developed. train the Huainan equipment manufacturing industry to Therefore, it is particularly important that how to fit new logistics model and new system, what are the appropriate logistics measures and technologies to achieve the goal, and how to straighten logistics real position in the enterprise, and so on.
