论农村先进文化传播人才体系的构建

摘　　要：在农村文化建设工作中,职业的传媒人、党政组织与人民团体成员、农民工、农村大学生、农村各类工作人员甚至普通农民都有可能程度不同地传播先进文化。应解放思想,树立全新的人才建设理念,加强人才建设的领导工作,分层次、分类别、多途径、多方法地做好传播人才的选用、培育、管理工作,构建先进文化传播人才队伍建设的长效机制,推进农村先进文化建设。In the construction of rural culture, the professional media people, Party and government administrations as well as members of people＇s organizations, rural migrant workers in cities, college students from rural areas, staff working in the rural areas and even the common peasants can spread advanced culture to some extent. We should emancipate our mind, establish a entirely new conception of talents construction, foster the leadership of talents construction, and recruit, cultivate, stimulate as well as manage the culture transmission tal- ents by classifying the talents into different levels and by using various methods, so as to build a long - term mechanism of advanced culture transmission talent teams and enhance the construction of rural advanced culture.
