摘　　要：对中国平煤神马集团开封东大化工有限公司2009年10月下旬5万t/a离子膜法电解系统二次精制盐水品质不合格问题做了一系列分析试验,最终找出故障根源,并进行了及时处理。A series of analysis tests have been done in view of the problems, which occurred in late October 2009, of unqualified quality of secondary refined brine for 50 000 t/a ion-membrane caustic soda electrolysis system at Kaifeng Dongda Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. , China Pingmei Shenma Chemical Industry Group Co. , Ltd. The fault source was found out and treated on time.
